Council adopted the 2021-2025 Financial Plan.
The District has traditionally provided only those services which are most important to the community and supplemented revenues from user fees and charges to lessen the burden on the limited property tax base. As a result, the District levies lower property taxes than most other municipalities in the region.

This survey seeks your feedback and advice on how to direct District resources and whether to expand service in some areas. Completing the survey takes approximately 15-30 minutes.

The 2021 Draft Financial Plan (including budget) is being prepared by staff and will be available for public comment in February. It will be presented to Council for consideration in a series of presentations open to the public via live-streamed meetings.

In April, Council adopts the financial plan and tax rate bylaws.
